Our latest project is the house remodeling in 10715 S. Fairfield Avenue, Chicago, IL. Our services include assisting the Owner in the design phase with the Architect, demolition of the existing partial 2nd floor, new construction of the 2nd floor and remodeling of the 1st floor. All mechanical systems, electrical services and plumbing services are also being upgraded in the house to meet today's requirements.
